Delonte West was thought to have caused the collapse of the Cleveland Cavaliers season last year by allegedly schtupping Lebron’s mom. When your backup point guard is dribbling the ball in your mom’s court why wouldn’t you quit on your teammates?
Well Steve Nash didn’t quit on his teammates when faced with such adversity. He sent his teammates to Orlando. When Nash divorced his wife a few months back many speculated that it was because his wife had given birth to another man’s baby. The lack of vanilla in Nash Junior’s face was apparently a dead giveaway, and the culprit was said to be Leandro Barbosa. It would explain why Barbosa was shipped out of town wouldn’t it?
Now it seems that another Sun castaway may have been the one who knocked up Mrs. Nash. Jason Richardson, who was sent to Orlando for Vince Carter, yes that same washed up Vince Carter that has quit on all of his teams, before the trade deadline, is now rumored to be the father. Could there be any further proof that it was Richardson than Nash okaying a trade that would have him sharing a court with Vince “I won’t play harder” Carter?
Think about it. Is there any washed up superstar that you would want on your team less than Carter.
No right?
I like Steve Nash. He is a consummate pro and one of the most entertaining players in the NBA. I certainly wouldn’t trade him in for Jason Richardson. But then again as anyone who has suffered through an hour of Basketball Wives can attest, marrying an NBA player seems to come with an unwaivable, do crazy shit and act trashy in public clause.
Congrats to the ex Ms. Nash for assuring herself a spot on a crappy reality television program.
If it doesn’t work out with JRich, give Delonte a call. I hear he is available since he can’t seem to play basketball anymore.
